Individual Psychotherapy
It begins with you. Maybe you feel anxious all the time. Maybe you have lost hope. Or maybe you are picking up the the pieces and don’t know where to start. Whatever it is, individual psychotherapy sessions with me allow you to take the reigns of your life. Your 50 minute session with me will be focused on your goals.

Couples & Family Therapy
When life hands you lemons, it can also make your relationships sour. Maybe you want to communicate better. Maybe you want to be understood. Or maybe you just want to bring joy and laughter back into your relationships. In my 60 minute session, I guide you and your loved ones towards healing conversations.

Child Play Therapy
Parenting is a hard job. Maybe you are out of ideas and don’t know what to do. Maybe you want to understand your child’s behaviors better. Or maybe you need support and guidance on how to navigating parenting as a whole. Children use play to communicate their emotions and how they feel. Play Therapy gives children the opportunity to deal with their fears and resolve psychosocial difficulties in a calm and safe, nurturing environment. I use a combination of one-on-one and parent/child play therapy techniques to help your family bring joy back into your home. Learn More about Play Therapy →
Parent/Caregiver Consultation
Get the support you need to navigate your child’s tricky behavior and big emotions, and the knowledge you deserve to nurture your child’s healthy socio-emotional development in a way that makes sense for your unique child.
*Parent consultations are not therapy or a substitute for behavioral health services or diagnosis. Consultations are short-term, strength-based collaborations focused on educating and empowering parents and caregivers with tools tailored to the specific needs of the family.

I am not accepting insurance at this time.
If you have a PPO plan, I can offer you a Superbill to be partially reimbursed by your insurance.
